My Cichlid Tank

here is my cichlid tank I have two pregnant fish.can anyone tell me what the big orange fish is?

just thought id post my tank here and suggestions would be great.

The big orange one kind of looks like a red zebra, but I may be wrong. If someone else confirms my thought, then watch out, they can be extremely aggressive.

Its a red zebra, make sure you have plenty of hiding spaces etc or that fish will never stop moving! Aggression in red zebras is an interesting topic, I have read some describe them as 'highly' agressive and I have even seen them described as 'moderate agression'. From personal exp. they arent the worst in my tank but they do have their moments!

Much like male SFF I dont think you can group them all under the heading of 'extremely agressive' some are much more laid back than others. Dieses is spot on, they can be!

Yes, mine was very aggressive and killed one of my other cichlids within 3 days. Things calmed down so I didn't get rid of him. But then he started going after my elongatus.....after that, he went back to the LFS.

Also when you say two are pregnant, which two are you refering to? I assume you mean they are holding?

yup, a red zebra they are very dangerous sometimes so make sure you have many hiding spots though i think you have enough.
