My Christmas Treat

My tank is a little over 200 gallons which is the smallest tank you could keep adult rays in.

HI CFC! Nice ray...once again. :X . Anywho, I finally saw your Mugshot in your profile...lol, why not post it in Rogue gallery. I finally saw how most people look. I've never been out of the sewer system so Ive never seen anyone else, except for me in the sewer puddles... :-(

thats like something youd see in the sea life center! jesus thats imense, well done!

Wow....very cool

I know nothing about Stingrays, except for the ones I petted at seaworld.....actually it was very amusing!

Nice rays CFC :) I'm a fellow ray enthusiast myself. Well, actually my wife is the one that owns the rays. Rays are her favorite. Currently we have a trio of Leopoldi ( polka dot ray ). 15" male and 2 16" females. We try to get females larger than the males. The males really chew up the backs of the females when they are breeding. In the past we have had flower rays, tiger rays, motoros, and hysterix. We love freshwater rays

Wow, noice gift! :D I hope she got something as equally good in return. Like another Oddball!

Anyways, how doyou plan to catch that ray? A fishing rod?

one day.....

i found rays quite easy to catch, you just persuade it to swim straight into the net then pull it out. because they are flat they dont thrash around much.

The hardest are big catfish, although I finally sold the 2ft catfish we had at work the other week and it came out with ease. I guess it has gotten used to me over the months it had been with us and so possibly trusted me.

looking great cfc, can't wait to see the results of a successful spawn!
