My Bubble Nest...

well...here's my situation...my HM Male already made the bubble nest but my DT Female runs away from it because my HM Male keeps on bitting her and chasing her around...I have used the steyrofone cup for the nest...maybe or maybe not the female likes the cup? or is it because she is too young?...I don't know how old she is...got it from aquabid...umm...I've already kept them in the 10 gallon tank for about 4 or 5 days now, but maybe I was thinking I should get a clear divider huh?....until the male is ready and the female is ready...do you think so?

we always recommend getting them acquainted with a clear divider that way nobody gets hurt. when she bars up and points her nose down at him she's ready to go for a jaunt, but not before she displays that behavior.

it's also possible that one or the other (or both) is so inexperienced that they don't recognize what is a threat and what isn't yet, but they'll learn. in the meantime, you should definately have them seperated.

yea...im a breeder for about 2-3 years now, but i've never experienced using a clear divider before....maybe i should use it....yea your right...maybe both don't have experience yet...but oh well...i'll get the divider later on today.
