are you sure that it is blood? keep an eye on him and the rts. he could be beating on him. rts are intolerable of other tankmates including their own kind.

i think your red tailed shark could be the problem, not that i have one but i did have a flying fox. was told it should live in a community tank but as it grew bigger it became rather aggressive, especially to my corys, it would graze on their backs [apparently on their slime coat so a website said] needless to say when he started to hassle all the other fish he was returned to the lfs.they put him in with sharks to keep him in order, he was a lovely fish but...
 
it could be your rts for sure I keep these kind of fish sharks in general you just about have to buy a baby redtail if you are going to house him in a community tank to start with.The next thing corys schoal they need to be in groups of five or more in order for them to be happy. Just start keeping the redtail plenty places to hide that should slow down him being so mean,I never see my redtail shark he stays hid all day he only comes out to eat. another thing a 10 gallon tank is way to small for the redtails to start with.
