My Bf's First Betta!

Hi, this is Blue(original name, huh?) and he belongs to my boyfriend. As you can tell by my name I'm more into Catfish, but mine are too small and shy at the moment to come out and pose.

I will try and get some pictures of him flaring, but he's a chilled out little guy and tends to just swim and nibble at things

Hi - yes it's the same fish - one with no light in the aquarium, and one using the 'daylight' lamp.

Awesome - I have been fishkeeping on and off for about 15 years, and I used to stay away from Bettas because I wanted a peaceful community tank. This time round I decided to go for a lot of 'plain' looking bottom/mid feeders so that I could get a betta.

Do you have a particular colour preference? I like the red/ purple males, but Blue was too cute to miss

He loves to hide in here and frighten the Dojos lol

Hiya, not myself, I am going to let my o/h & daughter pick. It will be going in a 30ltr hex tank and I might put this in my daughters room...

If I had to pick from above it would be the green one I think
