Sorry for those ugly pics, but you guys basically get the idea :D

Lovely Betta's. I think rain might be a SD but don't hold me to it, she is def not a VT, Love her colour too.

Really?
I have been wondering for awhile, because she doesn't look like a VT, but I wasn't totally sure. Could you tell me her exact tail type with more pics?

yes, those are spikes at the tip of her tail, just very small poky ones.

And I will add more if necessary

They are really cute - do you keep your 2 girls together and they don't fight? I thought a pair of girls was a bit of a gamble in case they do x

Delta tail. Okay is it a super delta? or just a delta?
And yes mermaid mel. I do keep them together just the 2 of them. They both enjoy the company, (first Zara was alone in the 5.5 gall, and then Rain was also alone in a like 10 gallon at the pet store, so I put them together)
There is hardly any fighting, unless Zara is searching the top for food, and Rain looks like a giant Brine shrimp swimming along the surface. Then she will nip at Rain once, and rain hides for a bit then comes out and it is over. No real fighting over territory. I just dont think there would be enough space for 5 + females in a 5.5 gallon tank.
They do like each other though, and Rain is pretty submissive. I have never had any torn fins.

Thanks for the compliments :D
