My Bettas Right Eye Is Huge

And looks like it is buldgeing out of its head. I hadn't look at the betta in a while, of course i fed it, but ive have been extremely busy and the bowl got dirty. Anyway, I did an almost complete water change using water from my really healthy tank, and clean EVERYTHING. i also added some aquarium salt. help please??

It's popeye and never let a tank get dirty its not fair on the fish.
Try abit of melafix for now some say it works on popeye.

it also appears that she has white spot :[ im relocating her from her bowl to a 5 gallon hospital tank.

i bought melafix and maracyn. i also noticed that when i moved her from a bowl and into a regular tank, and i put the heat on, that her white spots are gone and the eye swelling went down. i just put the melafix in.

You'll use less medicine and in the end save money by having her in a bowl. Treat popeye with maracyn. My girl had it, 1 day of maracyn and it was gone, make sure to do a water change first, not sure if maracyn and melafix can be mixed. (1/10th of a tablet for 1 gallon bowl)

i just went with melafix and didnt use the maracyn. i have it just in case the melafix doesnt work.

I think you'd be better off going with maracyn, melafix is really broad spectrum and might not be specific enough to treat it.

i read that i need maracyn 2 which i only have the first one. ill stick with what i used for now

Nah I used maracyn 1, cleared it in 1 day with 1/10 of a tablet. But if you want to use melafix go ahead, just telling you what I had work for me.

in a diff tank where its spotlessly clean my teenager guppy cant swim anymore in the current. so i moved it to a tank without a current and it swims sideways, normal, and backward

Is the fish swimming but getting no where, like swimming in place.
