My Betta

I haven't posted here in a while and was wondering if someone can help me with my Betta. For some reason hes been sitting on the bottom of the tank for quite some time(3-4months). And i'm not sure why. Can anyone help?

Erm, WuvMyBetta can help you with the age since I got it from her. It comes up only when I drop food in his tank
