My Betta i purchased on the 8th of march wont eat anything... i tried feeding him those betta pellets, and i even tried tropical flake food... But he just wont eat...

I was reading that this is normal in some bettas for them not to eat for the first couple of days, but its now going on 2 weeks, and he still wont eat.

Just a side note, on the very first day i got him, he did eat 2 betta pellets, but after that he wont eat anymore...

Does anyone know what i can do i try and get him to eat?

Here is my specs:

I have him in one of those hang on the wall little aquariums...
If i recall correctly, it is about 0.75 US gallons.
I havent tested my water latly, however, it should be fine, because i just did a water change about 4 days ago.
Yes i always treat my water with "Betta Water Safe", its a water conditioner made for bettas.
There is no heater, but my room temperture in my house is about 70 F, sometimes more.
There is also no air pump, so i usualy use my finger and splash the water around once a day... to keep oxigen in the water.

How is he behaving? Is he active and nosy or lethargic and staying in the same spot? Unfiltered water can get poisionous quite quickly, especially if your trying to feed him and he won't eat. Some of that food will be staying the water and turning into amonia.

He has been acting lethargic, he will usualy stay in the same spot for a long time.

As for the uneaten food, i always remove all uneaten food... which so far has been all of it.

I really would get him out of there and into something a bit bigger. One of my males was in that for a while, and barely ate. I ended up putting him in a decent sized net breeder in my female's tank.

Have you tried a cook, shelled pea?

No, i havent tried any cooked shelled peas... dont you have to actually squeese the inside of the pea into the water? or do you actualy put the whole pea in the water?

cook it, squeeze the pea out of the skin, mush a bit up and then add it. You won''t need much for a betta, certainly not a whole pea.

I agree with Yuki about a bigger tank though. 0.75 gallons is tiny. And I would have thought a tank that small would need more regular water changes than every 4 days (assuming it doesn't have a filter)

Agree with all of the above. Also do you have a thermometer in the tank, do you know the actual temp of the water? I suspect he's also a bit cold, if you put a heater in it's much easier to regulate the temp also.

I dont have a heater in it, because i figured my room temp is hot enough at 70 F, so i figured his water would be around the same temp...

I've found bettas prefer the higher temperature range. I had a betta who would become inactive if the temp was less than about 76F. Generally I keep my bettas at about 79-80F.

From what you've said it sounds like the tank is too small, the water changes are too infrequent (assuming there is no filter) and the temperature is too low. That's three pretty major issues that need addressing

that's not always the case, water retains cold as much as it retains heat...i'd think about definatly getting a larger tank, 2.0Gal at least...i know places say 1 is enough, but you want your betta to thrive, not just survive...
and have you tried any live food; bloodworms etc...i know they can boost an appetite in an "anorexic" fish.
