My Betta Is Dead

Jus came home to my betta at the bottom of the tank half white with no fins

Any idea what could have killed him? Was he in a tank on his own?

Tank size, water stats, and other fish if kept in the same tank.

i have a 60l tank it was in a tank with guppies but they never bothered with him. I had a fish with dropsy that got ate so it might of affected the betta also a guppy died a few hours later so i dont know

What are your water stat's (Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate levels)?

Have you added any new fish recently?

Did either the Betta or guppy look like they had dropsy?

Guppy's aren't normaly a good idea with a betta... they could have been fighting...

I agree no go area betta and guppys.
Betta's see them as competition the will even kill them.
If a fish had dropsy add a bacterial med if the fish was pecked at.

I would treat the tank with a bacterial med then.
