My Betta Is A Terrorist.

I'm sitting here, enjoying my evening on the fishforum when I notice a tap-tapping sound coming from the direction of my tank. I imagine the worst and look up to see my betta butting a trumpet snail against the glass...

Poor snail! Oh well survival of the fittest - besides I think torture is more his game, none of them are dead yet!

I dont know what to tell you about your betta's torturing ways.....but you could hook him up to a car abttery and ask him how HE likes it!!

My betta would attack any snail he felt was going too high up the glass.

After flaring for some time, with the snail obviously not taking notice, he'd bite the shell till the snail free fell to the bottom.

Or he might have realised the MTS shell is harder than diamond and been using it to cut a hole in the tank and make his escape attempt back to his old tank...
