Well i went on vacation with my family for 1 week and left the lights off on my 35g long and guess what happened when ic ame back?

most fo the leaves are black-brown; i didnt use co2 that week since i wouldnt be there and there was no light

so ive come to a conclusion

im just going to cut every plant in there so only 1 inch sticks out of the groud

im doing it for all of them;

i have dwarf lilles, wisteria, java moss, javafern, cabombia and alot of aponegoten

Do you think in time they will all grow back?

i dont mind waiting(its a mature tank and pruning is time consuming; so ill just do it once)

should i take any steps with some of the plants?

i was thinking just cut 1 inch from the ground on ALL the plants and either throw out/or bary them(donno which ones i should burry though, do you?)

any help would be great

alright well if no one wants to answer, then im gonna go ahead and do it

bye

Do you really care about my tanks?

interesting attitude and signature you have there.....

anyway... try turning the lighting and co2 on and see what happens.
leave it for a few more days with everthing normal and see if they perk up - then trim the dead.

hmmmmm,well okay that sounds good

but just for future advise can i cut all of them?

lol good advise

i had timers on my 10g so i took on off and i put it on my 25glong
