well sounds like you got it all sorted and going very well then! when i get the money i think im gonna try seachem flourish i think it'd work wonders along with my dirt substrate, i have 2 15w bulbs over about 60L of water, but i dont know how to work out watts per gallon, im planning on having a low tech low light set up with ferns and mosses and mostly plants that will grow on wood and rock along with plants that will grow well in dim and shady conditions

Apolgises to OP for hijacking
60L=15.9Gal
2x15w=30w
30w ÷ 15.9 =1.8WPG
This is the set up i have.It's not exactly low light, more medium.
The WPG is a good pointer but not always accurate.
Depending on plant mass, lighting period, ferts, floating plants etc you may well get away it.
watch your plants, they tell you more about what's needed (eg.algae, melting or hopefully,healthy growth) than 'rules'
