i have a baby black molly which has got a white-silver spot on her tummy. i would like to know if this is any disease or what does this mean . please tell me what is the solution of this if this is a disease and how does this happen?

my tank info

tank size- 60 l
temperature- 31 c
water changes- once in a month
age of the fish- 4 months

Provisionally (until pictures work) it is either fungal or bacterial. If fungal the sore will have a fluffy appearance like cotton wool, if bacterial there will be a white infection and around slight swelling and red/purple colouration like a bruise.

Are there any ornaments/plants in the tank? if so did you do the tights test?
Any new additions to the tank?

You should do a 40% water change each week preferably and the temp needs to be a bit lower for mollys what other tank mates have you got? Have you got any test kits for water quality?
