Burton has been very lethargic lately, the cause of this I do not know. In any enviorment he was in, it seemed that he lost all energy. The only time he actually swims around is to get his food, and take breaths of air.

W/ Burton... how often are you doing water changes? I'd up it a little. Like if you were doing 20% nce a week... try doing it twice a week and see if that helps.
Was he big when you first got him? He could just be old.

It seems wherever I go, crowntails seem to be immensely small. He was small when I got him, and a tiny bit more active..

Well if you consider swimming around and checking your new home once, then settling down and not doing anything active
