I also have a outbreak of ich but no signs of this on my angel

Your tanks abit on the over stocked size and angels should be in that size tank as its to small.
Angels need at least 20 gallons.
Are you still treating for the whitespot.
The cobwebs on the fish do they look fluffy like cotton wool.
Is the fish flicking and rubbing.
Any excess slime on the fish body.
How do the gills look, do they look red and inflamed, or pale with excess mucas.

Non of my fish look like they have red or inflamed gills and as i said my angel fish is small for now and im planning for a bigger tank by christmas. My angel has calmed down now and is breathing normally
Yes im still treating for whitespot.
The cobwebs looks sorta like cotton wool but like cobwebs lol.
Nope the fish isnt flicking or rubbing.
No acess slime.
The gills are fine

You can add pimafix with parasite meds see if that clears the fluffy cob webs on the fish.
Have you increased aeration with the high temp and med?

It could be that you put the tank in a corner area were spiders usually live.
