PIctures? plecos will eat board leaf plants. Your amazon may be going through submerged phrase

WPG=___??
Do you use ferts?
Stay up and see if you can see him eating them.

to answer ur Qs.cheesyfeet no i dnt use any ferts..should i???

Yeh, I've found out that basically if you don't use ferts with amazon swords they will stop growing, deteriate and die.

more to the point,
you want to use Root tabs that will give its roots some much needed nutrients.
they are very heavy root feeders. (sorry cant provide a link for one never used root tabs)

Submerged phase is where it has been grown with its leafs out of the water,
and the leafs underwater are totally different so they die off and submerged leafs develop.
(don't know if this is possible with amazon swords)

hope that helps. :drool:

I would go to AquaEssentials.co.uk and buy the Tropica Root Tabs

From thread below with Supercoley saying that.

thanks for your help everybody :good:
