Heres a pic of my 86 I posted about 3 months back:

And here's an updated pic as of today:

I've recently upgraded the lighting with two 48 Inch T5 set ups by coralife and gone with pressurized C02.

Hope you like! :D

Wow that looks awesome-very natural looking-the colours of the plants look really vibrant -what fish are going in there then?

Thanks Piltdownpaul.
Actually Theres already fish in there, 3 angels, a breeding pair of pelvicachromis, a breeding pair of agazzi apisto's, one Aequidens metae, one ruby cichlid, 4 small congo tetras, 4 pepper cories, 4 leapard cories, 4 bronze cories, 4 white tip cories, 3 clown plecs, a snowball plec and finally a gold nugget plec L085.

Substrate- profile (much like flourite)
Lighting- Two 56 watt T5 fixtures by coralife
Pressurized 20 Lbs C02 with milwaukee gauges, solanoid, bubble counter and needle valve.
Heating- Two 200 watt submersible tronic heaters.

Filtration- Two fluvol 304's, and several powerheads for current.
Plants- several crypts, jave fern, (Microsorum pteropus, Microsorum pteropus Windelov, Bolbitis heudelotti, narrow leafed jave fern), Anubius nana, Anubius coffeefolia, Anubias barteri, Hygropolysperma, Dwarf sag, glosso (just put in), red tiger lotus, pennywort, and unfortunatly some duck weed got in from my other tanks.

Fert regime- Seachems Iron, Calcium, Comp, Trace, KN03, K2S04, and mono potassium phosphate.
Peat added to one filter.
And that's it. :good:

Your tank looks great! It's amazing how quickly plants mature in such a short time.

Thanks everyone!

The fish I can assure you are in there, but your right, the only two I can see are two congo tetra's right in the middle.

stang1. yeah, plants do fill in quite nicely in a short time dont they.
I've already been bringing java fern plantlets and polysperma stems in to the LFS's to trade for supplies etc.

When I bought this tank I was going to do a "simple" low maintenance set up, but soon it took on a whole other direction, though with the java fern and anubius it still is pretty simple per say.
Soon, hopefully in the new year, I'm going to add another 56 watt T5 strip light on top, but for now, the next 3 weeks I'm going to lay idle as it's obviously that time of year, and even more concerning at the moment I'm laid off until Jan 9th.
Funds are always slowin' me down. :/

Hench means big, bulky. I would love a hench tank, mine are all long tall and thin.
The tank is amazing :D

Ah ha...k, hench is big.

I went from a 25 Gallon to this 86 Gallon.
At first I was amazed at how large the tank looked, now however I would like a 120 Gallon.
Unfortunatly there is no room left in this place, not even a fish bowl, so I'll have to be happy with what I gots.

Thanks for all the nice replies. :D

Ps: the tank is 48" long 24" high and 18" deep.
