My 60 Litre Tank Idea?

ok im thinking for my 60 litre tank x5 cory pandas x5 black tetras and a pair of apistogramma of some sort?
what do you think guys?

IMO you'd be better with Dwarf Cories, from experience i have found Pandas to do best in groups of 10+

Black tetras? Black neons maybe?
