Nice tank. I don't personally care for that many (what I assume are) fake plants, but the tank and water are very clean and look great.

You might get more response on the ick problem from the "emergencies" section rather than this "tropical chat" section. In either case, to help anyone give useful advice, you can look at the following post which asks for you to post more details about your tank and it's history:

I totally mean no offense by this, but since your tank is so very very clean looking, is it a new setup? If so, please let us know when you added what fish, so we get an idea of how the tank was cycled.

Finally, in the emergencies section, there is a sticky about treating ick which provides some general guidance to your situation until you can post up more details and get a response from some of the experience people here on what do to.

Oh, I'm sure you are aware, but I just thought I would mention that when treating ick with actual medication (not just salt), remove any carbon from your filter since it can absorb the medication.
