All right
I'll be posting a few pics here right now

Here's my little 5 gallon tank. I bought for use as a hospital, quarantine, breeding tank. And guess what? I had to put a betta in it! :D
I put a 23 watt neon bulb to light it up. It will soon (next week) be replaced by a proper 18 watts daylight tube

Here is my little crowntail, courtesy of bcbetta.com

This tank houses 6 amano shrimo. I managed to get a picture of 2 of them

Here are a few from my 20 gallon.

Now, 4 months ago, when I got in this hobby, this is what my tank looked like after a few days. It had 8 guppies in it.

First, my gold nugget I added 2 weeks ago. I took a picture of him in the bag because I figures he wouldn't be easy to catch on camera once left loose.

I did manage to get this one today though. He's barely started to come out of his hole. His colors are not so good. He's kinda pale on the body right now. I'm a bit worried :S

Projects for my 20 gallon is a better lighting kit. I ordered a 65 watts kit today along with the Hagen CO2 unit.

I should set it up next week. I'll post pics accordingly :D

EDIT
I,d like to mention my pleco just died. I was taking pics about 30 minutes ago and just went back to check on the tank and he's dead!
I have no clue what hapenned

:byebye:

I think the nugget looks awesome! Im thinking about getting one myself

I got the elite mini with a 6.7 litre marina tank (the orange one)

I put a betta in it though and ti's a work, My boss doesn't mind the fish but he doesn't want me to use anything electrical. I recycled the filter in my 5 gallon :)

Hey! Looking at the pictures of your twenty; did you know someone tossed a plastic ruins in it!? Better watch out for those kids, and their sneaking toys into tanks.

I'd really recommend changing the substrate in the twenty if you're going to do planted. Purple gravel doesn't benefit the plants or the appearence of the tank.

You have some great fish! I'd get some hardscape and more plant cover for that 5.5-- the shrimp really need objects to climb over or hide under in order to feel comfortable.

Like I said
The 5 gallon is a work in progress

Changing the 20 to sand has also been considered. I am moving in about 2 months so I will most likely put in sand then, but I might do it before. I just love sand so much more than gravel now!
