Here is a picture of my 5 gallon beta tank. Right ow he does not have any filtration in it, but I am looking into getting him a filter to keep his water in better condition. I do not like dust in the water which usually happens on day 2 of a clean tank.

I have a neon cave alot like that, because when i first started fishkeeping, it thought they were soo cool!

Thanks but thats not the same betta as in the first picture, and why is he in such a small container is he getting ready to go into the tank next to him to breed?

Why would it not be the same betta? Looks the same to me... Probably in there to get a picture, and I have no idea where you got breeding from -_-

It is very much the same beta, and that is what he had to live in prior to getting his own tank. I only have one beta, and would never try to breed them.

Sorry its just that in the first pic of him in the 5g he looks purple then in the second pic he is blue.

He is purple and blue. In the first photo in the larger tank he is seen under incandesent light and in the second photo in the tiny tank he is seen under flouresent lighting with a large flash. I guess it can make a huge difference in the way they look.

Cute boy. My boy Alfie looks a lot like him..... That's a good idea putting him in there to get pics, I should try that.....
