How many fish have you got in that tank?

currently there are.....

- 6 tinfoil barbs
- 8 bala/silver sharks
- 6 silver dollars
- 4 ID Sharks

when they get a bit bigger i will be taking some of them out and putting them into other tanks,

i bought them all as babies (about one inch long)

I just got to see the images... I was expecting to see some UGFs!

i have a few tanks with UGFs, still having trouble loading more pics

I know there is a limit to the file size regarding the images to be uploaded.  PM tcamos and tell him exactly what error you are getting and the details of the pictures you are trying to upload (file size, pixels, extension).  The more information he has, the more he can do to fix it (or explain what you will need to do to upload your pics, if they are too large).

Looks great

Although stop being a bore and get a substrate down ;)

The fish look happy though so that's good, maybe you just don't like cleaning!

some tanks i have substrate, mostly the ones i use UGFs on,

my tanks with bigger fish i normally keep "bare bottom", in my opinion its the healthiest environment/water for the fish, thats the main reason i do it, never any crap on the bottom of the tank, the filters can get it all, and yes, it makes tank maintanance very easy!

Fair enough, health before looks I suppose :p

Great to see you're taking good care of them!

it starts to load the pic then when its almost finish the bar turns red and it says "this file was too big to upload"

then it says at the bottom the max file size is 300kb

my pictures are between 150-200kb so im a bit

****EDIT****

hhhmmm.....

it seems if i load one at a time then post it, it works

if i try to do more than one picture at a time it fails

I'm guessing its because combined the size of the files is more than 300kb.  That's my thought.

yeah i guess so,

i wish i could get some better close up pics, its hard to get pics of these fish cause they are always swimming, and quickly, i think i took about 60 pictures to get these few clear, lol

We appreciate the effort - they look great.

Would be nice to see a full frontal shot of the tank.

I love Bala Sharks.

Yeah, it's really frustrating. Especially when I've been going in and out of phases where I think I'm fantastic at photography.

Light is your best friend when taking photos and unless you want a nice self portrait which is a reflection of yourself in the glass, you don't have much light to work with! This means you're going to have to make the shutter speed slower meaning there's more time for light to get to the sensor of your camera but also more time for the fish to move

In high light, we could just take photos with a high shutter speed and get loads more good shots!

Hang in there though! The photos you've got are good enough :p
