My 10 gallon tank

What do you guys think? Do you think I should replace the Java Moss with a carpet of Riccia, Micro Sword or Glosso? What about hairgrass? Should I remove it and actually have an open space in the tank?

Wow - you should try breeding something in there... That's my suggestion.

I agree it would be a VERY nice breeding tank. Just look at that moss...haha. If you want to change it, it would be personal preference I guess. Just make sure you have enough lighting.

Problem with breeding fish in this tank is the high nutrient consumption of the plants. You can't see it, but this tank contains 10 guppies (With more on the way) and a 2" goldfish that I am overwintering. Other than that, this would be a very good fry tank; the filter intakes are fry-safe.

I'd maybe trim the java moss down a bit, it kind of overwhelms the whole tank. Other than that, v. nice.
