Murky Water Problem

my tank has VERY browinsh dirty water, i dont know what the problem could be, i have had the filter on,im getting worried

i took it out(medecine) not the whole thing just the carbon filter area

i fixxed the problem with an instant cycle formula called CYCLE, its GREAT the tank has never been cleaner and i got a siphon so ive cleaned out the pooh and debris
