Mts Getting Worse

I mentioned (NAGGED the bloke to near death) to hubby that i needed another tank to give the gourami a chance of breeding in peace and when i got up good friday
all set up in the kitchen with mature sponge (in a new fluval 1+ filter) was the old 18x10x10 clearseal tank from the shed and a pair of my red robin and a pair of my honey gouramis in

I just happened to add some shrimplets to the tank to grow out so now - as i explained to hubby - even when if the gouramis do spawn and the fry do live and grow on i'll have to keep the tank running as we'd never find all the shrimps

Today the 2 males have built bubble nests one at either end of the tank the girls are a bit reluctant to breed at the moment so the boys are chasing them around trying to encourage

So now i have 6 tanks running - just going to have to keep nagging him to get one of the elite 21 out of the shed for a betta - maybe

i do love my hubby seeing as he has to do all the water changes and maintenance as i cant always manage it - bless him
