It sounds like the light is enough for the plants, they certainly look healthy. You could make the fish more comfortable away from the anubias leaf by adding some floating plants like water lettuce.

water lettuce as in Samolus valerandi? it has roots, so i pressume should go in the substrate

If you are talking about Pistia stratiotes (water lettuce), it should be floated. Truck is talking about a different plant (water cabbage). Although water lettuce does have roots...most floating plants do.
