Moving house

I'm moving house at the end of the month and was wondering what is the best way of transporting my aquarium to the new property.

The distance is rough 40 mins from where i live now. I have a 36" tank with neons,gourami's,rainbow fish and some danios.

Will there be a problem when i get to the new property if the tank is not setup immediately.How long would the fish last in bags before i need to setup the tank in it's final resting place??

Any advice on this would be very beneficial...
