Moving a tank

my sisters best friend has offered me a good deal for my 10 gallon with everything in it.

and since im only aloud 1 tank and have always wanted a dwarf puffer i agreed.

so she lives in the same neibourhood but how could i transport everything to her house?

i thought i could keep all the fish in a few of those lfs bags that u get fish in.

keep all the ornaments in the fish tank but get rid of the water, or keep half the water in a bucket.

now i dont know how to get the aqua clear over with ruining all the ncie bacteria.

how would u people move a 10 gallon tank full of fish?....with sand bottom.

she lives on the 14th floor of an apartment.

got any advise

leave 0.5" of water in the tank to keep the sand wet.

put the ornaments and filter in a bucket and cover it in tank water.

Bag the fish up and head up to the 14th floor

does it have a lift?

leave just enough water to cover ur sand in other words.
