moving 20 gallon upstairs

hi, i am goin to move my 20 gallon upstairs within the next couple of days, how would you recommend that i do this, thanks

take out fish and put them somewhere clean and safe in theire tank water(not fresh water).
take out water from tank but you can keep some of it if you want.make sure you have the filter media.
take it uptairs then put everything back in
wait until the water settles and then put fish back in.
i would clean the glass etc before i put it back together.

Just to add to what germanshepherdlver said, keep the filter media WET too, so the bacteria doesn't die off!

exactly what i was going to say but you only need to put water on it every 30 mins for the bacteria to survive in the filter
