moved my fish around tonight

I just moved my 5 platty fish in my 23 gallon tank with my 3 silver mollies. I would like to get something to help with my algae problem but don't know what to get. I also have 5 glow light neons in a 10 but I would like to put another 5 headlight neons in with the glow lights but I need something to clean the bottom of this aquarium. Everything I read about needs a scool of atleast 5 and I am afraid it will be to many. Any suggestions would be helpful. I won't be adding anything right away want to make sure I do all the resource because I don't want to get something then regret it.

I would like to thank everyone that responded. I do think I will try to find a bristlenose pleco for my larger tank. My boyfriend thinks they look . I am also leaning towards the shrimp for my smaller tank. How many shrimp should I put into a 10 gallon tank?
