Well, it was the opposite of what happened to one of my Madagascar Rainbows. The store sold me one with lock-jaw and it died within 2 days. I had no idea why it's mouth was wide open the entire time I had it. I'm relatively new at home-aquariums. The last time I ever had fish, were actually my mother's, back no later than 1979 or 1980.
This particular store's policy is 24 hours on fish refunds. That was $7 down the drain, plus all the gas wasted to drive all the way out there, and all the heavy traffic. If this happens again in the future, what is best to do for a remedy?
Also―is ordering fish online a good idea? `cos all the stores around here order theirs, and 97% of all their fish make it alive and well... and it takes 3 days to get their fish. I thought this would be good to do to get what I want and not have to drive all over the place.
Thanks!
