I added a new Pearl Danio to my tank last week and unfortunately made the daft decision not to set up my incubation tank as my Christmas tree was sat on the unit I usually set my incubation tank up on. So, I introduced the fish into my main community tank straight away. Today I have noticed that the Danio appears to have some sort of mouth rot, a white definite lump to it's mouth. The fish is moving around all over the place at top Danio speed so I've been unable to study it really well. An LFS closer to my home than the one I purchased the fish from recommended the Interpet no. 8 anit fungus and finrot treatment and I bought it home and put in the correct dose for my tank. However, the box doesn't state on which days I should dose the tank 'or' is it just a one-off treatment? Can anyone tell me please?

You just treat the tank once and leave it for a week and then do a medium sized water change at the end of the week (and treat the tank again if need be). You should make sure the tank is well oxygenated/airated during the treatment and that you apply the med properly to the tank (remembering to disolve it in warm water first before carefully pouring it spreading it evenly across the waters surface etc).
