 My guppy has something weird on her mouth. I think it's mouth fungus but I'm not entirely sure. A little above her lip and a little under each eye there is a little growth. One is a bit biggere than the other but they both looks like little spikes but not pointy. It's very hard to describe. I can't get a pic. Right now I'm treating with Melafix and Aquarium Salt. She is in a little hospital tank. Can you please help me? Is this mouth fungus?
In the tank with her are 2 more guppies, 1 platy, and 3 peppered cories. There is also one guppy fry. Her poop looks normal. Water parameters are
ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrae-10
There are no other symptoms. Except she is breathing a little rapidly. None of the other fish are displaying any other symptoms. I noticed this today, she didn't have anything wrong yesterday, although appearently she gave birth last night (I wasn't able to rescue any fry).

Mouth fungus looks like strings of cotton, of fluffy, or bleached out marks or spots on the mouth.
The spikes do they look like a parasite with a forked tail.

ok, so after taking a closer look there is only one and it doesn't have a forked tail, it almost appears rounded. She has some tail ripped though and MelaFix treats that too so at least I know that I'm treating for something. I have parasit guard, should I ad that too?

No don't add the parasite guard till we know what we are dealing with.
So its round and spiky is this correct, does it have legs just to make sure.

If its not moving about on the fish I would treat it as bacterial.
