If you are referring to the lighter patches on the pleco. This could be a few things 99% of the time this is normal and is camouflaging. Other thing it could be is poor water quality or stress or not enough places for the pleco to hide.
Hope this helps.

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

The fish is a Gibbiceps catfish and grows to about 18 inches total length.

The cream patches are excess mucous and can be caused by poor water quality or an external protozoan infection.

The water looks milky cloudy and this suggests a water quality problem.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week and see if it helps.
Make sure any new water is free f chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Hi, i bought the seachem rhino to remove clorine.
But it never state on how to use it.
Normally i add in the required amount.
Stir abit and pour the water into the tank after 2-3 mins

Do you mean Seachem Prime? The instructions are in the 'directions' section here

Poor water conditions are not just about using a water conditioner; it means -
is there any ammonia or nitrite in the water?
How high is the nitrate level?
How often and how much water do you change?
Do you clean the gravel when you do a water change?
Do you clean the filter media, or do you replace it?

It’s just a stress pattern. The fish is stressed... unless there’s actually mould (fungus) in which case it will need treated with a fungicide aswell as the stress relief.

Do Gibbis also show stresspatterns ?
