My mickey mouse just started dropping today missed it again so will have to see what i can salvage now from this drop as some are in the tank and some are in the breeder, she still looks fairly large so hopefully it was onl the 3 i seen in the tank that she had

Well she had 45+ in the breeder net so i decided before she attempts to eat any as she was giving chase i would put her back in the tank i done so and she had a couple more fry

Awesome, who are you planning on selling them to?

Ebay maybe advertise 1 or 2 on here but there is a couple of pet shops that will do a deal local to me so ill prob take the majority to them, they may only do store credit notes but ill buy tank equipment and sell it on

aww that is awesome, can i recommend buying a better breeder than the net box thing. the mom can eat the fry in there. there are plastic ones that the fry will drop down in a secure place at the bottum :)

Congratulations
I have just purchased 2 more female guppy's and they are both pregnant :D
We now have 5 fry (3 males, 2 females) which are 8 weeks old and the 2 new females

I was recommended to use the net breeder on here by many people

i'd use the net breeder, i have both and found out the hard way that some of the plastic breeders can hurt the fry or not hold them at all !
In the net breeder i put some of those fake feathery plants in the bottom, when the babies drop they know to hide straight away and can stay safe from a hungry mum.
With the plastic breeder the fry where sometimes getting stuck where they were supposed to drop through, and then if they did get through safely they dropped straight out through the slits in the bottom!
I found the mums got a bit stressed in the plastic breeder aswell, and where alot happier in a net,But overall, it's down to your preferences, experiment and see which works best for you.
