No they are pretty gentle, they are just aggressive towards each other when you introduce a new discus to an already establish group and when they are establishing their pecking order. I wouldn't put angels and Discus together cause some people says that angels carry disease that they are immune to but not the discus plus I think Discus are timid and the angels would end up picking on the discus...that's my own opinion though. I'm sure there's a lot of people that mix angels and Discus.

Beautiful! I am so nominating the fourth picture (the one of the two disucs facing the same way) for FOTM...beautiful shot! Your tank is quite nice too. The blue gravel is kinda cool...I'm not a fan of colored gravel (except black ) but yours looks nice.

i love your discus! I want one but what you just said to not mix the two angels and discus together might cause a block for me. Anyway theres only 1 angel in my tank. He's as passive as it gets. I want to get rid of my barbs but none of em show any sign of kicking the bucket any time soon. But eh i can wait till next year!

lol i will! now i identified what kind of fish was at one of my lfs! it was a little black and red discus with green eyes! fricken neon green!

ill have to ask my closer lfs to oder me a baby
