This is my family of axolotls...the black one is the dad and the picture on top, the mom is the bigger one and her two baby's

have you ever seen one once its metamorphed (think thats the right word)

Oh, wow!! The dad looks huge. Same question: They don't eat the goldfish? Or are the golfish food? The dad looks cool , he looks like a dinosaur. Grrr!!! LOL. So do they live on land and water, or just land?

No I have not but i read that its kinda bad for them to do that if they are not raised in the wild but i wish I did have some that metamorph...I think it would be cool to have some living in and out of the water!!!

And yes they do eat goldfish,rosey reds,shrimp,crickets,and blood worms as well

Lol...they do eat the gold fish and they live in water but can metamorph to live outside of the water as well!!

Yeah, it figures. The two are both feeder fish. I have a comet! But he's kept as a pet, not food. His tank mates aren't interested in devouring him.

lol...I actually wanna start a gold fish tank( not for food tho!!)...I have been seeing a lot of different color comet and common gold fish at like pond store in my area...I wanna a do a koi pond as well!!!

Goldfish are awesome... well.... kinda. A pro: The are quite pretty. A con: They poop too much. Keeps me busy cleanin' the tank.
