More Neon Tetras?

I have a 20 gallon tank with 3 guppies, 3 mollies, a betta and 6 neon tetras. I was thinking I should put a few more tetras in to make the school look better. Do think I could do this or would I be pushing the bio-load. And would adding a single bristle nose pleco be ok to?

I would say yes to say 6 more neons and a bn. Only problem I foresee is the mollies, they really do better in a much larger tank and have different water requirements to your other fish.

I know I should probably have a bigger tank for them, but I don't plan on getting anymore and the fry never live that long since the other fish pick them up.
