More Lighting?

I m pretty sure I need mroe light. It's a 20H and some of the plants are turning brown, but on the other hand, are growing new leaves which are a lush green. Ive been even adding Flourish (the directiojns state one capful treats 60 gallons, once a week, I add a capfull every other day) and it seems to not really doing anything. The plants are Rotalia (sp), Anacharis, hairgrass and one giant Amazon Sword. The lighting that came with it is an 18 inch tube with only 15 watts of light! I even bought new bulb that is supposed to help photosynthesis. What should I do?

Its probably light, have a read of the pinned article on lighting at the top of this section to get a better idea, you may have to upgrade your lighting if you want to grow plants with reasonable success.
