Why am I browsing a fish forum at 2am?
How would I do this? Emptying all of my bettas would be easy, but how would I do my 29 gallon and keep all of the fish safe and then set it back up so that I don't have to recycle? Also, would the bottom of the tank give out if I move it with all of the gravel in it? There is about 30lbs plus ornaments.
When we go on vacation in July I will have no one to watch my fish because all of hte family is going too for my cousin's wedding. The only person who would be able to watch them is my long lost uncle person who is "ill" in the head. I don't want to be mean but his mom dropped him when he was a child and I don't trust him with my fish. He is really slow and I'm afraid my fish would die. I think this because the last 2 times I went away I come back and at least 3 fish have died. Plus you have to take the lids off of some tanks and if he didn't put them back on the fish could jump out or something bad could just happen. I would be all anal about how to feed them and stuff and he wouldn' remember how to do it. What can I do? Do those week feeders work? Can they go without food for 6 days? I don't know what to do!!!!! Also, I have to worry about dogs, rats, birds, and cats. My birds can fly and if one got out when he opened the cage to feed what would he do? So many things can go wrong!!!!
