Mollys And Corys With Salt

i have mollys and corys in my comunity tank, the mollys keep coming down with fungus, so i want to add salt because obviously they prefer salt, but i also have corys in the tank, is there a happy medium???

I wouldn't want to add any salt to a tank with cories in.
