Ok I do work at a pet store and I never saw this before, this molly can't use it's back part of it's body to swim it can use the fins on the sides but from the middle back seems like it is paralyzed and the back is in this till downward. this was normal a month ago.
this was a customer's fish.

Yes the body is bend down from the middle of the back to the tail. I am keeping an eye on this for our fish
that are shipped to us.
