Hello, I did a recent water change (Friday) and my elder Molly had popeye by the next day. Sunday it was even bigger. Today it is the same as yesterday, but it is still really big. Could it be the water change? I changed around $25 percent of the watrer and vacuumed the bottom. I did this with her many times before, but this is the only time any of my fish ever got this. Is it because of that, and will it go away on its own or do I need to treat it? The popeye on her looks like the area around the eye ball is also swollen, like a big ring around the poped out eye.
