While checking on my sister's fish (that I am watching all summer because she is a camp) I noticed her black molly, Tatami, had something growing on her head. It was white and puffy like cotton. It went onlineand looked up fish diseases and found out she has Saprolegnia.

I did not see anywhere that said she needed to be separated from her tank mates (two other mollies)(Edit: One other molly now). Should I separate her? Or does it matter since she has been in that tank for a week (well, they all have only been in there a week) and the other fish have been already been exposed to it?

I am going to get some medication for her when I goto the store to return my dead mollies.

How many gallons does the tank hold and how many fish does it have and what?

Fungus is a very common desease and is most commanly caused when water quality is less than adequete or the fish are stressed or injured, so to treat it successfully you must tell us all you can so we can see if this has a cause somwhere, otherwise you will just keep on getting it and may lose all your fish.
Here is an article with more about fungus/saprolegnia;

There are three fish in the tank. THe only one I can see that has it the worst is the black one. I cannot see anything on the new silver (still in his fish bag and going to be quarentined before going into the big tank) nor can I see anythign on the dalmatian molly. The pH was a little too low, so I added some booster in there and now it is fine (after sitting for a bit of course). The molly that does have this disease has it on her head and it's a crown of fungus that is medium-sized.

Treat the mollys with some aquarium salt and do not buy anymore fish, you will need some anti fungal meds on top of this and there are many brands to chose from at your local fish store.
