I have this Lyretail Molly that must be close to three years (if not more) now.
What is their lifespan ?

I have heard of them living to 13 yeas in ideal conditions, but they generaly live 4-7 years. I freshwater with no salt at all, they live from 1-6 years, though sometimes more.

The average molly lifespan is 4yrs, although other factors like genetics or how many times the fish got sick during its lifetime can affect this- but the average for both standard and sailfin mollys is 4yrs more or less. She looks like a healthy female of good weight to me though and i would expect her to easily make it to 4yrs old :) . Occasional small doses of aquarium salt(as long as you don't have an scaless fish in the tank like catfihs) and mineral/vitamin supliments as well as lots of veg in the diet will all help your molly live out its natural healthy lifespan  .

That's great news :) She had a cloudy eye for a couple of years, but that seems to somehow have cured itself over the last few months - apart from that she's had no illness.
Unfortunately no salt can be added because of various catfish / loaches. But she certainly gets a great gourmet of food so keep her diet varied.
