Molly Has Lumps And Dents!?!

Ok, I really don't know what's going on here, but my molly has lumps and dents....first there were lumps and then a lot of them disappeared leaving "dents". Now she's laying on the gravel looking as if she's about to die....Does anyone know what this is or if it's contagious?
