Hello all
I am new. We got a 30L biorb recently as just wanted something easy with a small number of tropical fish, anyway we come home on saturday with 3 mollies. When looking at them on sunday evening I noticed some rather small fish in the tank (they didn't come out the fish bag) so I am guessing one of the mollies was was had a fry and we knew nothing about it
Not sure how many there are, However quite a lot are getting in the filter as I have read that the Biorb does this and is no good for breeding (wasn't really what I wanted either) Anyway I can see about 3 little ones moving around in the main tank (probably more but is is very difficult to see them) however there are quite a few that have got stuck in the filter bit and can't get out. Do I remove them? What do I do with them once I have removed them? I wasn't really wanting this so have nothing else to put them in if I do remove them will they be Ok or will being in the filter bit have made them ill?
Sorry for the questions and hoping for some help. With the ones that are in the biorb should I get these out? they sem to hide well and are very fast so trying to catch them (once I have actually found them isn't going to be easy.
Thanks for any help and sorry to sound so stupid.
A little but nervous but wanting to do the right thing
Helen
