molly gotten worse

A few days ago I started treating my tank for ich. Two of my mollies had spots at the time. One of them is cleared and the other was almost cleared last night.

This morning I checked and its gotten worse. There are as many if not more spots now than in the beginning. Does this molly still have ich or something else?

10g tank:
red blonde fancy tale guppy
gold sailfin molly
dalmation molly
black molly
plecostmus

It's probably still ich.

You should do a partial water change and continue the treatments. Don't add salt because of the plecostomus. You've read the pinned article, I take it.

Side not: Plecostomus will get to over a foot in length, you should give it away so you don't have to worry about it dying, paying for algae tablets, and your tank will have less nitrogenous wastes due to lower stocking levels.
