I found about 14-19 fry and still more but I am wondering if it would be a bad idea to move the pregnant female to a 10 gallon tank Help!

leave her to drop all her fry, moving her will stress her. you can set up the 10 gallon for the fry, with a heater etc etc.. already filtered media, like you would with any other tank. then genitally catch the fry and place into the tank and raise them like you would any other fry.
 
if you have any other fish in the tank put tons of hiding spots for the fry to hid, what will be eaten will be the weaker and or deformed ones.. sounds cruel, but might as well have only the healthy ones make it then allow the sick ones to grow..
